Introduction
21+3 Extreme pays based on the player's first two cards and the dealer's up card. The pay table is as follows. Wins are on a "to one" basis.

At the placement at the Aquarius in Laughlin on Jan. 20, 2020, there were two allowed bet amounts only, $1 and $5. There were separate jackpots for both bets.

For each $1,000 in the $1 bet jackpot, the return goes up by 1.60%.
For each $10,000 in the $5 bet jackpot, the return goes up by 3.19%.
The break-even point for the $1 jackpot, where the bet is exactly fair, is $26,788.90. For the $5 jackpot it is five times that, or $133,944.50. As a basis of comparison, at the Aquarius in Laughlin on Jan. 20, 2020 the $1 jackpot was $14,908 and for the $5 jackpot was $30,838.
