Wheel Poker with Quick Quads is exactly what the name says, video poker employing both the features of Wheel Poker and Quick Quads.
The game is by IGT and has been around since at least 2010. It has never been a huge hit, but it still seems to hold several scattered placements around the U.S.
Rules
The game is based on three-play or five-play video poker.
With one to five credits bet per line, the game will play like conventional multi-play video poker.
With six credits bet per line, the game will enable the Quick Quads feature of the game. The Quick Quads feature means that if the player has a three of a kind and two singletons, and the sum of the two singletons equals the rank of the three of a kind, then the two singletons can be added together to form a fourth card equal in rank to the three of a kind, for a four of a kind. This feature applies to cards of rank 2 to 10 only. For example, 3-6-9-9-9 would be scored as a four of a kind.
With seven credits bet per line, the game will enable both the Quick Quads feature and the Wheel feature. In the Wheel feature, the player will win a bonus for every four of a kind on the draw according to the spin of a prize wheel. The prizes and weighting factors for the prize wheel are shown below.
Prize Wheel
Like most casino prize wheels, each slice on the wheel has what is called a "weighting." The sum of all the weights in this case is 323. The probability of the wheel stopping on each slice of the prize wheel is proportional to the weighting of that slice. For example, the probability of stopping in the 250 coin slice is the weighting of 38 divided by the total weighting of 323: 38/323 = 11.76%.

The lower right cell shows that the average award is 157.4613.
Example
After the deal, I held the two black sevens. On my second draw hand to be revealed (second row on the left), I drew a 4, 7, and 3. Per the rules of Quick Quads, the 4 and 3 were added together to complete the four of a kind. The game then waited for me to press the "spin" button.
After pressing the spin button, the wheel spun and stopped on a win of 150 coins.
The other hands are completed and all hands are scored. My total win was 236 for the four of a kind (not including the spin), 15 each for two three of a kinds, and 150 for the spin bonus. The total was thus 236 + 2×15 + 150 = 416.

Return Tables
The following tables show the probability and return for some known pay tables. The pays column shows the award for a max coin bet, divided by 5. The average wheel bonus has also been divided by 5. The return column is the product of the win, probability, and 5/7. The reason for multiplying by 5/7 is that 2/7 of the player's total bet is a fee and never returned. In the Jacks or Better return table the Quick Quads (QQ) hands are separately accounted for.
