Support didn't believe me when I told them I couldn't access the spins and the time to use these spins had run out because nobody wanted to reply to my many emails and their live chat was open for a measly 2 hours a day, what a joke. They finally learned themselves that what I was saying about Netent being restricted from Canadian players and issued me 100 free spins on an accessible game, the next couple months, the only offers they would send me were for netent games, and they would gladly switch them for me, if I was lucky enough to catch them in the hour or two the live chat was open because email conversing wasn't in their capable means, a reply every few days or so at best. I would recommend staying away from them, at least until they get things straight with their promised loyalty system and missions for each agent, or customers .
