Betpukka is an online betting site that’s operated by Radon B.V. out of Curacao. The site seems to be targeting players out of India, although punters from around the world can also get in on the action. The site has some good features to it, but unfortunately, there are a few things holding this casino back from being elite (such as banking speeds and customer support). Responsible gaming is handled through a popup section on the casino’s website. While there’s a wealth of information available, the casino puts all of the onus on the player, and doesn’t advertise any limits that can be placed on accounts. I also didn’t see any links to responsible gaming organizations. This is an area that certainly could be improved upon.
The customer support staff can be reached using live chat and email. I spoke to a gentleman about the max withdrawal limits on banking, as there’s none listed. He wasn’t able to get me any exact answers, and getting a cryptic answer took upwards of six minutes. Needless to say, I’m not all that impressed with the customer service.
The casino does protect player information using SSL encryption, which is expected at any website these days. You should only play at casinos that encrypt data, as your personal data could be stolen otherwise.

The terms and conditions at Betpukka are fairly standard, with nothing sticking out to me as being unfair toward players.
