And I'm still really miffed about the self exclusion thing, after almost a month there they haven't verified my account so I asked them to close it since I don't feel comfortable betting somewhere not knowing if I can cash out or not, and she kept saying over and over how I'm asking to for self exclusion (which I wasn't, it's like I was speaking a different language or to a bot or something, it was so offensive and rude).
