The representative told me to submit a withdrawal request again and wait up to 10 business days. It's not mentioned anywhere on the website that the additional verification process will take up to 10 business days. This doesn't make sense. My account is verified, and I sent them a screenshot of my ecoPayz account. There shouldn't be any problems. This seems to be a tactic to delay processing withdrawal requests.
