My first withdrawal took very long.I had to send verification documents and did so. It was on friday and livechat said the payment department also works in weekends. So i hoped to get the withdrawal the same day. And what happend? They needed 4 days to accept my documents and after that another day to send my Skrill withdrawal. Very bad. But my second withdrawal came within 1 day.
