On July 11th I deposited & won; when I went to withdraw, I immediately received a confirmation email w/instructions on how to verify my account, and setup a time for a verification call (2:30pm). I gathered my documents (license front & back & a utility bill w/current address) and sent at 10:45am. By 10:58am they had replied (I needed to make an adjustment on how the document was provided) and resent, & within moments received a reply saying account should be verified within 2-3 days. At 2:33pm I received a call from them as promised to complete the verification and by July 13th my account was fully verified. On July 15th I received my payment, a mere 3 days after verifying. Also note, their chat replies are under a min (which is mind-boggling to me). I am truly amazed at how much better this casino is to others I have played. I actually trust this casino and its sisters, which for me goes a long way.
