I joined this site when i saw an offer for a deposit bonus and free spins, i proceeded to register and when i came across the postcode bit i skipped it as my country does not have a post code however it was not optional so i couldnt register i contacted live help and they told me to enter 0000 for my postcode and that i would have no problems with verifications because of this. I then decided to make my first deposit where i was to receive 200 percent deposit bonus to be added when i opened my first slot to play and then 30 free spins when i verified my account. And then the trouble began, i loaded my first slot and transferred my cash to it and when it loaded my bonus wasnt there so i contacted live help to find out why, the operator seemed to have no clue what i was on about and kept calling me sir when i was quite clearly a madam which was very annoying, she then told me that i would get my bonus when i had played through my deposit x 35 to which i then copied and pasted the casinos own promo terms stating that the bonus should be added immediately upon transferring to a slot, she still did not understand even though it was in black and white and eventually told me to email in to support and explain it to them.
