Golden Palace was originally a super dodgy Playtech casino and then changed software to the notorious Rival brand and they went from Rouge to Super Rouge casino with shady terms and conditions and an aggressive approach to spamming players with promotions to entice them into taking up an offer so that they can get a deposit with no intention of paying out the player should he request a withdrawal , luckily I have only played with a freechip here but quickly saw the Casinos true shady character and nature

I joined here awhile back and played with a NDB but was not that lucky, win some loose some, I have not been here for awhile and logged back in to find that it is now Topgame, I had a bonus in my account and was told that it is only play money, but it was $9.95. the 400% first deposit bonus for golden palace is not valid anymore - the support told me yet. but really strange is, that the support offered me a 300% bonus and after 2 minutes this bonus wasn´t valid anymore. I told them and teire answer was: ....it was a typo... so, not nice business practice.......

I remember Golden palace when it was based on Playtech software, now its powered by TopGame and the things changed. Have nothing against them, but hey, TopGame casino's are known as not very fair and trustworhty, but famous name like this maybe gonna wake-up the things. Welcome bonus is up to $/£/€300 and matching 100 % - pretty standard though with 50x bonus wagering ( not worst in the market ). One thing that I dont really like is cashout limits up to 2500 $ monthly, so if You are Highroller, this one really annoying thing. Okay, I won nice amount and want my cash in short time, not month-by-month increments. 48 hours ewallets cashouts is good, but I dont think they gonna pay as fast as they declare. Hope Golden Palace gonna change the things about topgame casinos...
