The biggest issue here is that the site is constantly plagued with technical issues which can prevent withdrawals or free spins to be credited properly and then these issues cannot be resolved until the technical error has been fixed which can take up to a week or so in my experience. The live support is also really hit or miss and can be outright rude if you get the wrong person. It's too much of a headache to get withdrawals processed sometimes
