I really do not enjoy leaving bad reviews. But "if the shoe fits, wear it". And wear it they must. Bad communication, low customer service for starters. This falls under the category of casinos that have lost touch with it's customers needs/wants.

I got through the bonus requirements and when I tried to cash out support was no longer existant and I somehow had not met all the requirements for cashout and I imagine I could have walked on water and not managed to meet all of the requirements for cashout.
