They cancelled my withdrawl request two times because of the KYC documents, my 3rd and hopeful final withdraw request with all correct verification info was submitted on August 4, on August 10th they emailed me and said my Bitcoin addy was not valid they only accept BTC address with 34 characters, I emailed back within 2 hours, on August 12th received an email that they will forward my new BTC address to payout team. I haven’t heard from them since. 10 days since correct address and nothing. I did contact live chat around August 17th to see what was going on they assured me that they would handle the matter ASAP.
