I won $5000 from a small deposit a couple years ago and they paid me no problem. Their manager at the time back then sent me a gift basket worth at least $100. So at one point this casino was excellent. I used to enjoy this casino and the managers involved and some of the reload bonuses and promos.

In the past year or two they have changed management and the casino has turned very shady. Payments have long delays, massive bonus bans and a massive restrcited list added to bonuses. They stole my vip level years ago when I was very close to the $500 reward and then said they were pay me something and start a new vip program. They did neither. I do not trust this casino at all anymore and have closed my account.

I can't say anything about the different deposit and withdrawal methods because I haven't deposited there yet! About the support I can say that you get an answer! But I think there can be more bonus offers without a deposit. For me this casino is quite ok
