Detroit Tigers’ Slugger Miguel Cabrera Hits his 500th Career MLB Home Run
Introduction
On Sunday, August 22nd, 2021 the Detroit Tigers’ superstar long – time veteran high – powered slugging first baseman / third baseman / outfielder / designated hitter, Miguel Cabrera, hit his 500th career Major League Baseball home run against the Toronto Blue Jays. The Detroit Tigers eventually went on to defeat the Toronto Blue Jays with a final score of 5 to 3 in 11 innings from the Rogers Centre located in Toronto, Ontario. The exclusive MLB 500 home club only has a total of 28 members at the moment.
