What happens is, that the service offers 24/7 real-time funds transfer, via the interbank system. Transactions with it are processed via mobile devices, and several other channels like ATMs and SMS and internet banking, of course. With that, users can instantly move money from one to another bank in India, and any Prepaid Payment Instrument (PPI). Over 700 banks and PPIs are offering it at the moment, to millions of users.

Considering all financial institutions need to integrate with it is a banking payment instrument or a valid prepaid license by the Reserve Bank of India, all leading banks in the country are offering the service to their account holders. Accepted Currencies
